WOW….A MIRACLE HAPPENED TODAY!!!! Miracle #1 The miracle letter is in our hands! Children’s Hospital wrote the letter we needed. It is just a letter to get her here, not one to help with the surgery. Answers to prayers today: We have the head of the visa department helping us. He has give us some great advice. What a blessing! Our visas to enter the country came today. We received word this AM from Tuong’s home that her medical evaluation has been completed. The papers are sealed and cannot be open by anyone but the US embassy.
